We use steam only where needed and safe for the material. Clay is optional. Choose Deep when your car needs that extra attention. A higher package is not right for every car. Choose Full Detail for regular inside-and-out cleaning, Deep Detail for a deeper clean with wax protection, or Prestige Detail for extra care on high-end cars. Describe affected materials and problem areas before booking; results depend on condition and history, and cleaning cannot reverse material wear. ## Included work and separately priced items The Full Detail base covers a complete interior vacuum, surface wipe-down, door jambs and glass, hand wash and dry, wheel and tire cleaning, and tire shine. Deep Detail adds its listed steam and shampoo work, leather care and pet hair removal. Stain removal is not guaranteed. Deep Detail includes pet-hair removal, leather care and three-month wax without charging again. Clay and odor treatments remain separate. Review current billable extras in the booking summary. Headlight restoration is not offered in these packages. ## How the visit is organized The crew confirms vehicle size, access, and priorities. The order adapts to the car's condition, while each listed task remains within the package scope. - Identify cabin materials, embedded debris, stains, and any area that should not be moved. - Vacuum and clean surfaces as in Full Detail. Shampoo seats, carpets and mats where needed, using steam only where necessary and safe for the material. - Clean and condition leather where applicable and carry out the included pet-hair removal. - Complete the exterior hand wash and wheel care, then review the finished scope. Perform clay treatment only when selected as a separate add-on. ## Prepare the vehicle and parking Choose authorized parking with safe access around the car. Remove valuables and identify anything that must stay, such as a child seat. Share a stain's history, odor source, or delicate material so the crew can discuss realistic limits. Make sure you have permission for us to wash on private property, and tell us about gates, limited garage clearance or restrictions on runoff into street drains. ## Is Deep Detail right for your car? Deep Detail includes three-month wax, but excludes polish, sealant, paint correction and headlight restoration. Cleaning cannot promise to reverse permanent discoloration, tears, or an odor whose source remains. Check the vehicle rate, included treatments, and billable extras in booking.
