Cali Coast Detailing ("Cali Coast Detailing," "we," "us") is a mobile auto detailing business based in San Diego, California, owned and operated by George and Matt. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

## Information we collect

When you book a service, contact us, or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, appointment details, and any messages you send us.

## Advertising attribution and website taps

When you arrive through an advertising or campaign link, we may collect its click ID (such as gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), UTM campaign labels, the page you landed on, and when that information was captured. We keep the latest campaign information in your browser storage for up to 90 days so it can stay with you as you move around our site; visiting a page without campaign details does not replace it. If you submit a service booking, promo claim, or contact request, the available campaign information is sent with that submission and stored with the booking, claim, or request. When you tap a call or text link on our site, we also record that the link was tapped, the page, the time, and any available campaign information. A tap record does not tell us whether a call was completed or a text was sent, and we do not collect the content of calls or texts through this tap logging. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

## How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and perform your detailing service, confirm and remind you about appointments, let you know when we're on the way, follow up after your service, send reminders to rebook, respond to your questions, and improve our services.

## SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we will use your mobile number to send appointment updates and service reminders from Cali Coast Detailing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us deliver messages to you.
