A car may be parked well back from the road, behind a gate or beside a landscaped driveway. Cali Coast brings the chosen detail to an authorized work space, avoiding a separate shop drop-off. Share arrival instructions before the visit rather than assuming the crew can see the vehicle from the street.

Choose for your car, not your ZIP code. A commuter sedan may need a regular wash, while an SUV carrying pets or riding gear may need more attention inside. Full Detail covers inside and outside cleaning. Deep Detail adds targeted shampoo, leather conditioning, pet-hair removal and three-month wax, with steam only where needed and safe for the material.

Rancho Santa Fe sits inland from the immediate shoreline. Dry weather, landscaped properties and outdoor parking can leave loose dust, leaf fragments or bird debris on a vehicle. Shade does not eliminate that buildup, and visible dust is not a reason to rub a finish with a dry cloth. Tell the crew what you can actually see. Cleaning cannot repair worn upholstery, paint defects or mechanical damage, and paint correction and sealant are not part of the menu.

Plan around the actual driveway, not just the length of it. Confirm a safe parking position on private property, permission to work and clearance for doors and equipment; gates and private-community vendor procedures should be arranged in advance. If your parking space is shaded, sloped or shared with another vehicle, describe it when booking. George and Matt bring one fully equipped detailing truck with water and power. Let us know about local runoff restrictions. Public village parking is not an assumed mobile-detailing work area.

Deep and Lux include pet hair removal, leather conditioning and three-month wax. Clay is optional on Full and Deep, included in Lux. Headlight restoration is optional on all three. Included work is not charged twice.

Can you work at a home in the Covenant?

Use the Rancho Santa Fe booking area and provide your actual address and authorized parking location. Confirm any gate or vendor requirements before the crew arrives; a neighborhood name alone does not establish access permission.

Which detail suits an SUV carrying pets or riding gear?

Choose by the debris and materials in your vehicle. Deep Detail includes pet hair removal and leather conditioning; lighter cabin needs can suit interior cleaning. Remove loose equipment and tell the crew about areas that need attention.

Is Rancho Santa Fe pricing different from coastal areas?

No. We use the same sedan, SUV/crossover and truck rates across our service areas. You'll see your selected total before reserving your appointment.

What should I say about my driveway?

Describe the parking surface, gate procedure, door clearance and any property or runoff restrictions. We need a safe, permitted washing area on private property. George and Matt bring one fully equipped detailing truck with water and power.

Will a detail repair paint scratches or sun-damaged leather?

No. Cleaning can't repair damaged paint or leather. Deep Detail includes three-month wax, but not polishing, paint correction or sealant. Headlight restoration is a separate optional add-on, not part of the package.

Can I stay home during the appointment?

Mobile service avoids a shop drop-off. Keep the vehicle accessible at the agreed, permitted work space and allow the time shown for your selected package.
