Assess first

We walk around the car, note its condition and materials, and agree what you want before anything is wet.

Choose the gentlest technique that works

We use steam only where needed and safe for the material, not on every visit. We can't promise to remove every stain or odor, or to disinfect the car. If a result has limits, we'll explain them.

Work in order

Interior first, then wheels and exterior, so dirt is not carried onto clean surfaces. Door jambs, glass and trim are part of the routine.

Check the work together

We check the work in daylight where possible and tell you what we found. With Prestige Detail, an experienced lead handles the visit and gives you a more detailed walkthrough.

What we do not do

Our services do not include machine polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, mechanical servicing or repair.
