Do you come to my home or office?
We come to a permitted home or workplace parking space within our listed service areas. Share the address and parking rules before booking.
Do prices vary by vehicle type?
Yes. Full Detail, Deep Detail and Prestige Detail each have a sedan, SUV or crossover, and truck price, shown on the pricing page and in booking.
Are add-ons included in the package price?
Deep Detail includes pet hair removal, leather conditioning and spray protectant wax (spray sealant). Prestige Detail is handled personally by an owner and also includes full iron and clay decontamination, engine-bay detail, deep wheel cleaning, spray protectant wax (spray sealant), and trim conditioning. Included work is never charged twice. Optional extras: Pet Hair Removal $25; Headlight Restoration $50; Odor Treatment $25; Leather Conditioning $30; Clay Bar From $40; 3-Month Spray Protectant Wax (Spray Sealant) $40; Engine Bay Cleaning $50; Spray Protectant Wax (Spray Sealant) Gloss Boost $40; Fabric & Carpet Stain Guard $40; Convertible Top Deep Clean & Conditioning $40; Water Spot / Mineral Removal $30; Bug & Tar Removal $20; Plastic & Trim Restoration $25; Same-Day Rush Fee $50. Choose one wax option, not both. The rush fee is for priority same-day service, subject to availability. Headlight restoration is optional. Paint correction and ceramic coating are not offered.
How long does a service take?
Full Wash takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and Deep Detail about 2 to 3 hours. Lux Care takes longer depending on the vehicle.
Is steam used on every car?
No. We use steam only where needed and safe for the material, not on every visit.
