Property Service Days

For property managers and business hosts

You offer parking space and permission. We schedule a day or recurring days, and people on your property book their own vehicles. Because several cars are done in one visit, travel is efficient and a host arrangement may be possible.

• Discuss occasional service days by call or text
• Individual vehicles use current listed Full, Deep and Lux prices
• Any property-host arrangement is discussed directly and agreed in advance

Places that suit a service day

Service days work wherever people park for hours and a suitable area is available, subject to the host's permission.

• Hospitals and medical campuses, for staff and visitors who park all day
• Shopping malls and office parks
• HOA and apartment communities
• Clubs, schools and workplaces

Host revenue-share and charity options

A host may ask for an optional revenue-share, or for part of an agreed amount to go to a charity. These are possible subject to agreement with the owner. Nothing is promised until it is agreed.

Who does the work

Cali Coast is an owner-operated business based in Del Mar. Contact us to discuss your property's access and operating requirements.

What the property provides

A safe washing area on private property, permission for mobile work and a point of contact. George and Matt bring one fully equipped detailing truck with water and power. We confirm access, noise expectations and any local runoff restrictions before the first day.

Not a confirmed date

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. We reply, agree the plan with you, then confirm days.

Frequently asked questions

Do residents pay us or you?

Each person books and pays for their own vehicle unless we agree a different arrangement with the host.

Is a revenue-share guaranteed?

No. Host arrangements are discussed case by case and only exist once agreed.

Which areas can you serve?
